If you received “User not found or your password is incorrect” error during your login:
Please make sure that you enter your all Email address’s letter in lowercase and your password correctly then you can login again to your account.
If you received “Your One Time Password is Invalid” (2FA) error during your login:
- The Google 2FA code is only valid for 30 seconds, please be sure to enter it in valid time.
- Please make sure that you import last 16-digits code for correct account.
- Please make sure the time of the Google Authenticator App on your mobile phone is synchronized with the time of the Google server.
If none of the suggestions above can solve your problem, you must reset your Google Authentication.
