Which types of orders support the TP/SL function?
Excluding Trailing Stop Order, Limit, Market, Stop Limit and Stop Market are supported under the [TP/SL] function.
Will it trigger the TP/SL to close all my positions, if I increase or reduce my position?
Yes, all positions will be closed after increasing or reducing the position.
Can I set multiple TP/SL for my orders?
Yes, users can set multiple Take Profit and Stop Loss orders for each of their long or short positions. Note that the Take Profit and Stop Loss orders will be executed in the order that they were placed until the cumulative size of these orders meets the same size of the primary long or short position.
Why does the system allow traders to set a SL price that is worse than the liquidation price?
This is because different traders may have different strategies and Coinlocally does not want to restrict traders from this. Traders should check on the SL price of the position before confirmation to ensure the desired SL price is correct.
Why was my position liquidated despite having a Stop Loss?
The main reason is likely caused by the traders' selection of a different reference price to trigger the stop loss.
The price charts did not hit the liquidation price of my position. Why was my position still liquidated?
Please note that Coinlocally is using Mark Price to trigger liquidation but not last traded price.
