If you have enabled Email Authentication but you still cannot receive Email verification codes, please pay attention to steps below:
- Please make sure that you are login to your Mail in your device. Refresh and check your Inbox again.
- Please check your Spam/Junk folder. Sometimes Email service provider is pushing Coinlocally Emails into your spam folder. You can find Coinlocally Email from there.
- If you reached the limit and your Inbox is full, you must delete some of your Emails and free up your storage to receive and send new Emails.
- Sometimes Email service provider sends the verification code but it’s stuck between your email server and Email service provider server. Please wait until the timer finish and tap on [Resend Code] to receive new verification code.
- If possible, register from common email domains, such as Gmail, Outlook, etc.
- If you are still unable to receive it, please wait for 15 minutes before submitting a new request.
